It started on the sands at Zuma Beach in Malibu, CA. Just the game, a court, and a love for volleyball that never went anywhere. He played setter at UVU — learned to read the whole court, orchestrate an offense, and make the right call when it mattered. From there, after over a decade of coaching, he built Salem Hills High School's boys program from its very first season.
One philosophy: show up, do the work, and never let a player leave the court worse than they walked in. That's the standard at Zuma Volley.
